On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Limón Dance Company, The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center has mounted The Mestizo as Ambassador: José Limón and the Transculturation of American Modern Dance.

For 75 years a cornerstone in the American modern dance tradition, renewed by beguiling collaborations
